will answer many of your questions. If your questions are not answered below,
contact your sponsor and they will direct you to where you can get your questions
answered. Your sponsor is listed in your back office under genealogy. If your
sponsor cannot help you, then complete a support ticket through the Support Ticket
System located in your Back Office.
DO NOT call or write Admin to ask questions regarding marketing
strategies, assistance in bringing people into the business, or how the program
works. Either contact get with your sponsor for assistance in answering these type of
questions or complete a support ticket.

Q. Can I change my sponsor?
A. NO SPONSORSHIP CHANGES! Make sure when you register you have signed up
under the person that referred you because once you register you CANNOT change
your sponsor.
Q. How do I sign up, join the business?
A. Go to the website of the person who referred you to the
business:

(ex: www.ezwbd.com/ez/992356)
and click the JOIN button.
Q. I can't get to my back office using the FIREFOX Browser?
A. People using a Firefox browser will need to check the extension
settings if they are having trouble viewing our EZ WBD pages or are missing the Menu
Bar at the top right hand side of the page.
RIGHT CLICK in the body of the page you are viewing and a dropdown box will appear.
At the bottom of the list is a "View this page in IE" link. Click the link and it
will automatically open the page in Internet Explorer.
If you look at your dropdown box and the "View in IE" box is missing, the extension
is missing from your settings. To correct the problem paste this link:
http://grayson.servehttp.com:8080/extension/ in the address bar in the FIREFOX
browser and go to the site. Scroll down the page until you see "IE View Lite",
then click the link to install or download it. CLICK ON THE FIRST HOT LINK THAT
SIMPLY SAYS DOWNLOAD. When it completes, you will need to reboot your computer.
Next time you right click on a page in Firefox, the "View IE" box will be there,
ready to go.
Q. Do I need to sponsor people into the business?
A. Our business is no different from any other and we need
active members. This means that we would like you to share the business and
offer others the opportunities we have here for our members. We are confident
that once you join us you will discover that we are the best program on the
internet and you will want you share with others. Of course, we do pay you a
nice commission on all direct referral sales, so the harder you work and the
more you share this program with others the greater your return.
Q. Is my personal information protected with your company?
A. All personal information that is provided to us by you is protected.
Your information will never be shared or sold to anyone!
Q. Why didn't I receive a confirmation email?
A. The main reason is spam filters set on your email account. Please
check your spam folder for the email. We recommend that you use your ISP email
account or a paid email account for your EZ WBD business.
Q. What is the age limit for joining the program?
A. You have to be 18 years of age or older to be a member.
Q. Do I only have to pay a one-time fee?
A. No. Beginning in August 2006 we now require all new members to be on
our monthly autoship program in order to remain a member and in good standing
and earn commissions on the sale of our products.
Q. What is the minimum purchase amount to join?
A. Entry into our EZ Elite program is $259.50 with a monthly autoship payment
of $118.95. Entry into our EZ Premier savings card program is $88.95 with a monthly
autoship payment of $18.95. Your monthly autoships can be paid out of profits when
you have earned commissions in excess of the autoship amount.
Q. Is the business available to International members?
A. Yes.

Q. What are your different programs?
A. EZ Elite and EZ Premier are our two main programs. Once you
are a member, you can also join our EZ Biz, EZ Lite, and EZ Classic programs to
generate additional income for you.
Q. As a Paid member what are my commissions?
A. Please go to the Business Overview page on the web site for full
details.
Q. How will I be paid/receive my commissions?
A. Your commissions will be paid through our payment
processor EZPayFast. There is a $49 charge to setup your EZPayFast account
and Debit Card.
Q.What is EZPayFast?
A. EZPayFast is our payment processor for receiving
commissions into your hands. You withdraw your commissions to EZPayFast
from your EZ WBD account balance. From the EZPayFast tab which is located
in your back office, you transfer the funds to your checking or savings
accounts, or put funds on your EZPayFast debit card.
Q. Can I receive a refund after purchasing my EZPayFast account?
A. No. Refunds for the purchase of an EZPayFast account will not
be given by EZ WBD or the EZPayFast group.
Q. When can I access all of the paid membership benefits?
A. You will have access immediately after your transaction is processed.
At that time, an email will be sent with your pertinent information and you have
full access to the Member's area.
Q. When I sign up what do I receive?
A. Please go to the product page for a complete list of what
you receive for joining EZ WBD.
Q. What tools are available to assist me in building my business?
A. We have several tools to assist you in building your business,
Prospecting Packages, Search Engine submissions, banner ads, advertising materials, etc.
Q. How do I make additional purchases if I choose too?
A. Once you are signed up, you can make additional purchases of our products.
All purchases must be made through the Member's Area (your Back Office). You can
login using the member username and password.
Q. What is the spending cap?
A. We do not have a spending cap due to the numerous rewards in our commission
plan. Please ask your sponsor about all of them.
Q. Can I join with my business or trust and use a EIN number?
A. Yes, but the contact information must be in a REAL PERSON'S name as our
debit card company will ONLY put the debit card in a REAL PERSON'S name. Your 1099
will be sent to you in the EIN TAX NUMBER.

Q. What happens if I can not remember my password?
A. You can change/reset it by clicking the "Forgot Password" link on the
Members Login page. You will need your security question answer in order to change
it. If for some reason that does not work, you must complete a support ticket
requesting your password. Please allow up to 7 business days for a response.
Q. What methods of payment are you accepting?
A. We accept Online Checks and Credit Cards (MasterCard and Visa only).

If your check is returned for any reason, there is a $25
Returned Check charge that will be added to the purchase amount when we re-submit
it for payment. So, please be careful when completing the information and make
sure that all information is correct. Also, make sure that there are sufficient
funds in the account when you submit it to us for processing.
CREDIT CARDS:
Currently accepting MasterCard and Visa. Please ensure that you
have sufficient funds available when submitting your payment. If you do not it
will cause a delay in your purchase and a loss of commissions.

Please be sure to carefully consider your options so that you can make an
informed decision regarding funding your purchases with EZWBD.
Q. Can I make additional EZ WBD products purchases?
A. Yes you can. Login to your back office and click on the
"Purchase an Additional Product" button.
Q. When can I withdraw money from my account?
A. As commissions are earned, they are paid and made available in your
Back Office. You may request a withdrawal once your account balance is greater
than $25.
Q. Is there a money-back guarantee?
A. We comply with the 3-day right of rescission and will refund within
the first 3 days of purchase if you change your mind within 72 hours.
Refund requests must be made in writing and any product or processing fees
associated with the purchase will NOT be refunded.

Q. Can I earn from my referrals?
A. Yes. You can earn Direct Sales Commissions on each new purchase,
re-purchase, and autoship purchases made by your direct referrals. You will
also earn Direct Sales Commissions on the sales made by your direct referrals.
You can also earn an additional income from our monthly bonus pool once you have
met the qualifications.
Q. What if the person I signed up does not show in my back office?
A. This means that they did not sign up from your personal URL or
verify the sponsor id during registration. We CAN NOT change sponsorship,
so be sure and tell them to put in the correct SPONSOR ID number when registering
and to verify the sponsor Id and Name for accuracy before continuing with
registration.
Q. Is it really possible for everyone to make money?
A. YES! No matter when you join, it is possible to earn money with us.
Q. How does your EZ WBD Cycling system work?
A. Please go to Business Overview page on the web site.
Q. What do I need to do to remain a member in the EZ WBD Pay Plan?
A. By remaining a member is good standing with the Company. Please
refer to Terms and Policies.
Q. Can I advertise EZ WBD using my Referral link through any
advertising medium?
A. Yes. You are free to advertise EZWBD through any advertising medium
as long as you DO NOT SPAM. If you are found spamming, your
account will be deleted.
Q. Can I promote my EZ WBD Business offline?
A. Yes! You can use methods such as direct mail, postcards, flyers,
newspaper classified ads, and many others.
DO NOT put your URL on flyers as you do not know where they might be taken
or dropped, etc. If it happens to end up in an area that does NOT allow
solicitation and we receive complaints, then you will be removed from the
EZWBD program.

Q. What is a paid member?
A. A paid member can receive the commissions outlined on the charts.
Q. How can I earn in EZ WBD?
A. Go to Business Overview section on the web site. Also, see
our Training section in your Back Office.
Q. What do you mean by DSC and USC when referring to commission payouts?
A. DSC (Direct Sales Commissions) - these are the
commission you earn on the purchases made by your direct referrals. You can
earn up to 28% on each purchase your direct referrals make. You must be
participating in the program that the sale was made in to earn the DSC.
USC (Uni-Level Sales Commissions) - these are the commissions paid
company-wide for the purchase of the EZ Biz and EZ Lite products. Refer to
the charts under "program features" to view the commission payouts.
Q. What is TSF?
A. TSF stands for Team Support Fund. The team support fund
is funded from your purchases made in the EZ Classic Program
ONLY and are out of profits. The team support fund is used to purchase
additional profit centers for you in EZ Classic as needed to reach the
projected sales volume for the commission run.
Q. Will EZ WBD offer additional features in the future?
A. Yes. We are continuously working to improve our site and services.
Q. How can I learn more about the EZ WBD business?
A. EZ WBD admin DOES NOT email or return calls on business
questions. First you should read our website and attend some of the
Opportunity and Training calls. If you still have questions then you should
contact your sponsor or someone in your upline for help. You can find your
upline listed in your back office. If you cannot find anyone to help you
within your upline, then complete a support ticket to have your question
answered.
Q. Who can I contact if I have another question?
A. Unless your question is specifically about your EZ WBD membership,
such as a payment or withdrawal issue, the first person you should contact is
your Sponsor or someone in your upline. You can also check out the Support
Ticket System in your back office. Many questions are answered there and you
can complete a support ticket to have your question answered.
All questions regarding payments and withdrawals should be submitted as a
support ticket.
Q. My question is still not answered, how can I contact you?
A. You will need to complete a support ticket through the Support
Ticket System located in your back office.
Q. Do you alI have a company address and phone number.
A. Yes. You can find that information listed on the "Contact Us" page
on the EZWBD website.
Q. I joined the business, what is my next step?
A. You have taken the first step by reading the FAQs. Next attend the
training calls and go to our National Trainers website to begin your training.
All information is in your back office for training and be sure to stay in touch
with your sponsor for one on one training and updates.
Search Engine - FAQs
Q. What is the purpose of Search Engines Submissions product?
A. Since this is primarily an online business, the more often your
site can be reached by your prospects, the more hits you will have to your
personal website. This will increase your chances of getting referrals
into EZ WBD so that your referral sale commission bonuses income will increase.
Therefore; by using this product, your presence on the internet will be assured.
Consistency is one of the key factors to rising to the top of a search engine.
Q. Can I make single purchases of the SE (Search Engine) product?
A. YES, but you must first purchase a FULL BUSINESS PACKAGE from
EZWBD. Then you can purchase as many SE submission packages as you wish,
one at a time through your back office.
Q. Can I just purchase an SE (Search Engine) for my other businesses?
A. YES, but you must FIRST purchase a Business Package for an SE to
advertise your EZ WBD website.
Q. Can I use ONE SE Submission purchase and rotate or change the websites
that I want to advertise?
A. We are sorry, but NO. This is because once you purchase a Business
Package, it is immediately set up to go out once each month as you have
purchased and cannot be changed.
However, there will be ways for you to advertise another business or help
your customer with a business url or written advertisement they want to
submit to the SE.
Q. How will I know when my site is submitted to the search engines?
A. You will be notified when your url is submitted to the SE.
